Your tracking number will be issued within 7-10 business days of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends).

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED AN ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION: Your tracking number will be issued within 2 weeks (excluding holidays and weekends). If you need your engine shipped sooner, please call us so we may accommodate this request for an extra cost.

We have an extremely high calling volume at HMotorsOnline. If you are put on hold/we can’t answer the phone when you call, this means that we are tending to another customer(s) at the moment.
