Amid news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we at HMotorsOnline want to prioritize the safety of our customers and staff by reminding you that there are no unscheduled walk-ins, pickups, or inventory browsing offered at this time. Pickups are only available with an appointment, and will be very limited. PER LOS ANGELES MANDATE YOU MUST WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING WHEN ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please call us for details.

PEAK SEASON

During this time of year, HMotorsOnline experiences a high influx of customer calls. Please keep the following in mind during peak season:

  • Phone wait times are longer than usual as HMotorsOnline is processing a higher number of orders than usual, we appreciate your patience.
  • Business hours are from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM PACIFIC TIME, Monday to Friday.
  • Unscheduled walk-ins are NOT accommodated, please schedule a walk-in on the phone.
  • UPS and USPS orders may take up to a week to ship out. All engine orders may take anywhere from two to three weeks to ship out. For further details, please call and speak with a sales associate.

If we do not pick up when you call, please try us again after a minimum of fifteen minutes. If you are placed on hold, please refrain from hanging up the phone and calling right back. If it is an emergency, please dial 911.
